The Swedish team meets
children
from a local school
By Karina Wulff Harrestrup
The Swedish team had a different experience today. In addition
to the normal preparations they had a special meeting on their schedule
today. They met the children from a fifth grade from Ramloese School.
The class had had a project about Sweden because they had been chosen
to be the class which should be the Swedish teams sponsors.
Every team in the championship has a class as their sponsor. The
children from Ramloese had made a small exhibition which the Swedish
women were to see today.
The arrangement was good and both the children and the players
seemed to enjoy it. They all had their pictures taken and the players
were happy to sign autographs for the children from Ramloese. Afterwards
the children saw the Swedish womens training session.
The Swedes are playing against Yugoslavia tonight in Helsinge.
The match starts at 8.30 p.m..
